How to Use

1. Wear: Place the wrap on the back of the hand (inside facing inward), pass thumb through the loop, wrap around wrist, and secure.

2. Turn On: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on; temperature/mode is displayed by default.

3. Adjust Temperature: Press the "Heating Button" to switch between 3 temperature levels (48℃/53℃/58℃).

4. Massage: Press the "Vibration Button" to switch between 3 vibration modes (daily / sports / relief).

5. Turn Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off.
